General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Re: Can't create or open a menu item

I rolled back to 5.1.2 and the problem persisted, so I rolled back to 5.1.0 and the problem persisted. I went back to my 5.1.3 install.

As Toivo and williamwalkerrr suggested I looked at extensions and started with the most recent. The issue is caused by the miniOrange OAuth Server extension. Disabling it returned proper function.
